Nightly rates range from $325 - $340 per night with a 3-night minimum.

Town Home and Cabin Lodging is for 8
people. There is an additional charge
for each additional guest (over 8
people): $35 per adult per night;
$25.00 per child per night. *
Additional fees will be applied
for excessive cleaning and/or
damage to property.

If you wish to bake while you are in the
town homes or cabins, you must bring you
own baking dishes/pan, as they are not
supplied in the homes. There are no
phones available in the cabins so please
be sure to bring your cell phone. No Pets and No Smoking Allowed in

TOWNHOME & CABIN DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 25% of your
entire stay is required at time of
reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY: For
Summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day
Weekend), deposit not refundable unless
cancellation for stay is received 30
days prior to check-in time on arrival
date. For fall and winter (all other
dates), the deposit is not refundable
unless cancellation for stay is
received 7 days prior to check-in time
on arrival date.
