All Lodge rooms are located on the upper level of the Lodge.
*please note that some lodge rooms located above the Bear's Den may be louder than other rooms during some hours of operation.. Please check with Guest Services when making your reservation if this may be a concern.

LODGE ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ
The deadline for cancellations is 24 hours outside the 3:00pm check-in time for lodge rooms. If the cancelation is not confirmed within the said time you will be charged one full night's rent.

TOWNHOME & CABIN DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 25% of your entire stay is required at time of reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For Summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekend), deposit not refundable unless cancellation for stay is received 30 days prior to check-in time on arrival date.
For fall and winter (all other dates), the deposit is not refundable unless cancellation for stay is
received 7 days prior to check-in time on arrival date.
